Nori is a dried edible seaweed used in Japanese cuisine, made from species of the red algae genus Pyropia, including P.yezoensis and P. tenera.

Because of its high nutrient content, nori seaweed can provide several health benefits, for example: Strengthens the immune system. Promotes healthy skin. Improves cardiac health and reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease.
