The more I travel, the more I discover that cilantro/coriander is one of my favourite deep flavours. I love the citrusy and fresh taste this sauce has, with a squash of acid in the back.

INGREDIENTS

1 Avocado
1 bunch Fresh Coriander
1 Lemon, juiced
1 tsp Salt
Splash Water

RECIPE PREPARATION

This silky, unctuous, creamy sauce can be used in pasta dishes, as a dip, or as a salad dressing.

 

You simply have to blend all the ingredients together, adjusting the quantity of water depending on the thickness of the sauce you need.
