Some days, you just need a burger. If today is one of those days, I’m here for you.

INGREDIENTS

2 cups Mashed sweet potato (organic when possible)
Olive oil
1 – 1 1/2 cups Cooked brown rice
1 cup Cooked salted black beans
1/2 cup Finely diced green onion
1/2 cup Walnut meal
2 1/2 tsp Ground cumin
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp each salt and pepper
FOR SERVING :
Chopped Mango
Lettuce
Tomato
Chipotle Mayonnaise
Avocado

RECIPE PREPARATION

Nutritious, vegan, and full of flavour. It’s tender without being mushy, not too sweet, not too salty, hearty, and seriously satisfying.

  1. Bake sweet potato
  2. Mash
  3. Add rice, black beans, onions + spices
  4. Mix
  5. Mould
  6. Bake
